Reservation Policy

We sincerely appreciate your support and interest in reserving a table at Beach Cafe. This is how we do Reservations.

BRUNCH RESERVATIONS

We do take Brunch Reservations but only for tables ordering from the Brunch Unlimited Drinks Menu. That Menu is $50 per person before tax and tip and it includes 1 Brunch Entree, American coffee and unlimited Brunch drinks for 90 minutes. You must be 21 years or older to participate in these reservations.

ALL ADULTS 21 AND OVER SEATED AT THE TABLE WILL BE CHARGED THE $50 PER PERSON CHARGE REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH OR HOW LITTLE THEY CONSUME. YOU ARE ESSENTIALLY PAYING FOR THE SEAT. PEOPLE 20 AND UNDER WILL BE CHARGED $35 PER PERSON.

  1. All Brunch Reservations are for 90 minutes each with the  seating times listed below.

  2. 10:30-12:00

  3. 12:00-1:30

  4. 1:30-3:00

  5. PARTY SIZE: Reservations can be made for Parties of 3 to 8 people.

  6. Children under 21 are charged $35 each and can have unlimited coffee, milk and soft drinks with their Brunch Entree and a dish of Ice Cream or Sorbet for dessert.

  7. The Brunch Drink Menu includes the following drink choices:
    Mimosas. Bellini, Bloody Mary, Screwdriver, Greyhound, Aperol Spritz and draft beers on tap.

  8. All tables for Brunch, whether for a reservation or for a Walk In, are allowed to keep the table for a 90 minute maximum.

  9. We will hold the table for 5 min after your reservation scheduled time. Once the 5 minutes has eclipsed we will be forced to give away the table to the next group in line. We recommend you getting here a few minutes early as there is a hard cut off time at 90 minutes from the start of your scheduled reservation.

  10. There is an automatic 20% gratuity applied to all reservation checks.

  11. We can accept up to 3 credit cards for payment.

LARGE GROUP PARTY RESERVATIONS (9-14) Brunch package: $60

  1. SEATING TIMES: 11:30 / 1:30 / 3:30

  2. Large parties can have the table for 2 hours maximum.

  3. Unlimited Brunch Drinks (You can Chose any of the varieties from our 6 Brunch Drinks Menu.
    Mimosas, Bellini, Bloody Mary, Screwdriver, Greyhound, Aperol Spritz or draft beer. Any other variety is an extra charge per drink.

  5. A Dessert choice of Sorbet or Ice cream

  6. Coffee: (cappuccino is an extra charge)

  7. We can accept a total of 3 credit cards for payment.

  8. You will receive a 10% discount if the entire bill is paid with cash.

  9. Every seat is charged $60 before tax and tip regardless of consumption. You are essentially paying for the seat.

  10. A 20% auto gratuity is applied to all reservations

  11. Must leave a credit card at the time of making the reservation to hold all Large Group Reservations. (9-14)

  12. Cancellation charge on the day of your reservation is $100 unless you call or text us within 4 hours of the reservation time.

  13. Party shrinkage charge for No Shows $25 per person. If we set up a table of 14 and only 12 show and you do not give us 4 hour notice of the table size shrinking then there is a $25 per person charge added to your bill.

  14. A confirmation text must be sent ahead of time to hold the reservation stating the following. You are still coming / the reservation time / the expected party size / and that you agree to the Table shrink charge of $25 per person and the $100 charge for the table cancellation if 4 hour notice is not provided. Cancellation notice can be provided via phone call or text.

  15. Please note that babies are welcome but there is limited space to keep any baby strollers open at the large reservation table. We are happy to store all baby carriages in other secure areas of the dining room.

DINNER RESERVATIONS

  1. Reservations must be for parties of 3 or more

  2. We can not promise that Specific tables are reserved. We will do our best to consider all specific table requests but the needs of the dining room as a whole will dictate which table you will get for your reservation.

  3. Reservations can occupy a table for specific time slots but must be mindful that there are reservations following their time slot. We have 6:00-7:30 pm / 7:30 pm - Close

  4. We recommend that you have someone from your party arrive 5 min early to hold the reservation and if you are running late we will hold the table for 5 minutes beyond the scheduled time of your reservation.

  5. DRESS CODE: We ask that gentlemen please remove their hats when entering the dining room and refrain from wearing sleeveless attire.

  6. We can accept no more than 3 Credit Card as a form of payment.

  7. We will reach out to you in advance to reconfirm your reservation. A reply to that text is required to hold your reservation.
