Reservation Policy

We sincerely appreciate your support and interest in reserving a table at Beach Cafe. This is how we do Reservations.

Reservations can best be made by texting your request to 917.582.4233.

We do not take reservations over the phone.

SATURDAY - SUNDAY BRUNCH RESERVATIONS

Please note that we always save the vast majority of the tables inside and out for Walk In traffic.

We open at 10:00 am and the line for Brunch usually starts at about 11:00 am so if you are planning your day and you want to avoid the restrictions related to our Brunch Reservation Policy listed below it is best to arrive early.

Our current reservation policy for Brunch is as follows:

Party size can be from 4-10 pp. Smaller parties should just Walk In at your convenience.

Seating times are:

10:00 am- 11:45 am (115 minutes)
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm (90 Minutes)
1:30 pm - 3:00 pm (90 Minutes)
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm (120 minutes)

Please note that we require a Credit Card be given for Saturday & Sunday Brunch Reservations requested for prime time seating which is 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm (90 Minutes) & 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm (90 Minutes).

Cancellation Charges: Any reservation “No Shows” will be charged $25 per person unless we receive a cancellation message within 4 hours of the stated reservation time. Please Text all Reservation Cancellations and changes in party size to 917.582.4233.

(example) For Weekend Brunch Prime Time Reservations If you reserve for 5 people and only 4 show up there will be 1 cancellation charge of $25 applied to your total bill. Please let us know about all changes at least 4 hours ahead of time to avoid any unwanted cancellation fees.

Also note that we are very busy at Brunch on Weekends and can hold you table reservation for 10 minutes. After that we may be forced to give the table away to the next party in line.

MONDAY - SUNDAY DINNER RESERVATIONS

We open for Dinner Reservations Monday through Sunday at 5:00 pm.

Our current reservation policy for Dinner is as follows:

Party size can be from 4-10 people. Smaller parties should just Walk In at your convenience.

Seating times are:

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm (90 minutes)
7:30 pm - 9:30 pm (120 Minutes)

Please note that we require a Credit Card be given for Dinner Reservations requested for prime time seating. 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm & 7:30 - 9:30 pm.

LARGE PARTY RESERVATIONS (11-14) Brunch package: $65

  1. SEATING TIMES: 11:30 / 1:30 / 3:30

  2. Large parties for Weekend Brunch can have the table for 2 hours maximum.

  3. You get unlimited Brunch Drinks (You can Chose any of the varieties from our 6 Brunch Drinks Menu.
    Mimosas, Bellini, Bloody Mary, Screwdriver, Greyhound, Aperol Spritz or draft beer. Any other variety is an extra charge per drink.

  4. Menu of 7 Brunch choices. (See the “Large Group Reservation Menu” found on near the bottom of our Reservation Policy page on our Website. (www.TheBeachCafe.com/

  5. A Dessert choice of Sorbet or Ice Cream

  6. Coffee: (cappuccino is an extra charge)

  7. We can accept a total of 1 credit card for payment.

  8. You will receive a 10% discount if the entire bill is paid with cash.

  9. Every seat is charged $65 before tax and tip regardless of consumption. You are essentially paying for the seat.

  10. A 20% auto gratuity is applied to all reservations

  11. Must leave a credit card at the time of making the reservation to hold all Large Group Reservations. (11-14)

  12. Cancellation charge on the day of your reservation is $100 unless you call or text us within 4 hours of the reservation time.

  13. Party shrinkage charge for No Shows is $25 per person. If we set up a table of 14 and only 12 show and you do not give us 4 hour notice of the table size shrinking then there is a $25 per person charge added to your bill.

  14. Please note that babies are welcome but there is limited space to keep any baby strollers open at the large reservation table. We are happy to store all baby carriages in other secure areas of the dining room.
