Do you think you can EAT ALL THIS?!? If so… Then it’s FREE. This is the Beach Cafe’s “CHEESEBURGER CHALLENGE”

 

All Challengers must make a reservation in advance. When you’re ready, we’re ready! Challenge attempts available during all regular business hours. 


Here’s your Cheeseburger Challenge

You have a total of 60 minutes to consume the following items:

  • 1 appetizer size order of Cottage fries

  • 1 appetizer size plate of seasonal mixed greens with the dressing of your choice.

  • And of course the Star of the show… 5 of the BEST (8) oz Cheeseburgers with all the fixings, (lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles).

If you clean your plate the meal is on us!!!

 That’s right… Ahh said it… FREE BABY!!! You like Free… We like Free.

 

Here are the Beach Cafe Cheeseburger Challenge Rules

 

  1. To Win the Cheeseburger Challenge the entire meal must be completed in one hour. If any of the meal is not consumed (swallowed)…YOU LOSE!

  2. Before the time starts you will be allowed to cut into the Burgers and take one bite. If the Cheeseburgers taste good and are cooked to your satisfaction we will start the time upon your acceptable approval. The time will not stop, and the contest is on, so make SURE before you say “YES.”

  3.  Once you have started you are not allowed to stand up, leave your table, or have anyone else touch the meal.

  4.  You will be disqualified if anyone assists you in cutting, preparing or eating of your meal. This is YOUR contest.

  5.  Should you become ill, the contest is over.

  6.  You are required to pay the full amount of the Cheeseburger Challenge $75 fee up front. Other fees include .0875% NYS sales tax plus a 20% automatic gratuity which goes to the Servers on your table. If you choose to pay with a credit card there is a 3.5% service charge fee. If you win Beach Cafe will refund the $75 Challenge fee and the .0875 % NYS sales tax. The Servers will keep the 20% automatic gratuity.

  7. You must sit at a table that we assign.

  8. You can not bring in any of your own drinks from the outside. You can order drinks here from a Beach Cafe Server at your table. The drink charges will be added to to your table check regardless of whether you have successfully completed the challenge or not.

  9. If you do not win the Cheeseburger Challenge you are welcome to take the leftovers home with you. No consumption or sharing of the leftovers is allowed in the restaurant once the contest is over. When you tap out or time out we will remove the items that are left from the table and pack them up for you to take home.

  10. Challenge contestants must agree to be video taped, photographed and allowed to be posted on our Social Media and other media platforms.
